Frequently Asked Questions The Sanctuary at UMCA seats 200 persons, with another 25 seats in the Choir area. The Fellowship Hall seats approximately 100 people. Sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, Kitchen, Narthex, Lounge and Sunday School Rooms are available for rent. Acceptable uses are weddings, receptions (non-alcohol only), concerts, group practice sessions, recitals, discussion groups, classes, seminars, etc. Weddings must be performed according to United Methodist practices by UM ministers or a minister approved by our pastor. Groups using the facilities are required to provide proof of insurance and non-profit status.		To apply to use the facilities: Facilities Use Application Facilities Usage Fees and Regulations Call the church office to make sure the date is clear on our calendar. Download the Facilities Use Application and the Fees and Regulations documents Read through the Fees and Regulations to make sure your usage fits our rules. Fill out the Facilities Use Application and return it to the church office. Mail to: Atascadero UMC P.O. Box 2037, Atascadero, CA, 93422 Our Trustees will consider your proposed use and will either approve it or disapprove it. You will be contacted with this information as soon as they have made a decision. Please apply for your use as early as possible as it often takes a month or more to get approval. Note: Your date is not on the calendar until the Trustees have approved it.
