Passport to God’s World – Come on the Adventure!   Wednesdays, July 2 – August 20 5:30-8pm   This summer at UMCA, we are going around the world and EVERYONE is invited!  Teachers and students of all ages!  Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, couples, singles, youth and children!  For eight Wednesday evenings in July and August, we will land our balloon in a different country each week to visit our United Methodist Missionaries.   And … there is something for everyone …   At 5:30pm, we will gather for dinner.  When we can manage it, there will be menu items from the country we have landed in.  Then the evening will continue with time focusing on our missionaries through storytelling and song, creative activities like games and crafts, and prayer.  There will be a variety of options for all different ages and abilities.  We plan on closing the evening around 8pm.   Come to one session, or come to all!   You might volunteer to cook an ethnic recipe or bring artifacts, pictures or knowledge you have of a specific country.  Each one will be a unique, fun-filled learning experience.
